Dem don remand three people wey dem accuse sey dem comot the heart of one trader to take do ritual for custody on Wednesday after dem arraign them before one Iyaganku Chief Magistrate’s Court for Ibadan, Oyo State.

Dem charge, Tunde Jimoh, 37; Gbenga Babalade, 40; and Olatunji Hammed 42, with conspiracy, murder, armed robbery, unlawful possession of firearms and accessory.

Dem join hand to take kill one trader wey em name na Akintoye Oyeyemi, dem kon comot em heart for one cashew far, as dem dey think sey he get 10million naira for em hand.

After dem kill am, dem see N100,000 for em hand wey dem kon carry.

The police prosecutor, Sunday Ogunremi, yarn court say the suspect dem get one cut-to-size gun, with two live bullet for their hand.

Counsel to the third accused, Mr. Segun Popoola, ask say make dem bail am, but the presiding Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Abiola   Richard, denied the request, saying the offence was punishable with life imprisonment upon conviction.

He adjourn the case put for May 8, 2017, as he say make dem remand dem for Agodi Prison, Ibadan.
